While relaxing in the pool with some friends on a hot summer day in Austin, Texas, we noticed our wine was getting hot. We didn't want the mess of an ice bucket, or to have to continue to go inside for another glass, so we were determined to find a better way. Since then, we've spent countless hours imagining, designing, and creating the ideal, mess free, way to solve that problem.
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your VINGLACÉ products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund through December 18th, 2024.
DETAILS OF THE VINGLACÉ RETURN POLICY:
You can return your product(s) through December 18th, 2024. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. If possible, please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. A full refund for the price of the merchandise and any applicable tax will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your authorized and returned product. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. All returns must receive approval in writing before they are shipped.
If you’re returning an item after December 18th, 2024, you may exchange the item for another VINGLACÉ item of equal or lesser value that was included in the sale. All merchandise must be undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after December 18th, 2024.
